Ok this is pretty long but conversation through PM has apparently been ignored or something.
Paid for items March 9th.

Tim: (March 9th)
$310 for airwalker lip (please paint it GPW MY00) (apx. 1-2 weeks)
$25 for 04 radio door (thursday)
$650 for the 04 headlights (pair) (thursday)
$45 for the shipping
The radio door and headlights will be shipped on thursday this week the shipping quote was $45.00 shipping on the door and lip the charge on shipping on headlights is $35.00 (2 boxes) I cant put all the items in one box as it risks damaging the lip I will ship the lip once the paint shop completes the paint (as I do these on order)

waiting for the lip to get out of the body shop, its in ther now being painted with 100 sets of eyelids .. well so to speak 8 lips 4 sides and 100 sets of lids I will throw in a set of lids for ya I know for sure the headlights should of been shipped a long time ago? but the wholesale honda guy returns tomorrow so no ands if's or butts Thanks

yes it is for the tracking for the door and headlights .... I have contacted ups they will be getting back with me on Monday The lip will be ready early this week I snapped a few pics of them working on it

Yes I do not intend to take cash from ppl without delivering .. thats what tracking is for .. but some reason it says delivered and it was not? Not sure what gives but I will get to the bottom of it

What? How can they state that it has been "delivered" and it has clearly not been? The package is no where to be found and all my family members have been keeping an eye out for a "huge package" for me. No one has seen anything nor signed for anything. I'm sorry I'm just a little ticked off, not at you, but at this situation. I mean as a customer all i know is that I paid in full for some items and I haven't gotten anything yet. I mean how can they "deliver" something to my door when no one signed for it or saw what the package looked like.

For all I know the fedex guy could've just say that its been "delivered" and took the package home himself. Unless they have documentations of them handing the package to me or my family member, I wouldn't call that "delivered to my door". For as long as I've been ordering stuff online, they always need a signature or if no one is available, then they bring it back to the facility and they leave a note on your door telling you to come and pick it up at the warehouse. I've never even recieved a note on my door, thats how rediculous this fedex guy is.

Sorry Tim, I am not angry with you, I just want to let you know how I feel as a customer and the shipping issue here. I mean you gotta put yourself in my shoes, say you pay someone over $1,000 and then the shipping guy says that its been "delivered" even though you never saw anything, signed for anything, or have any note saying that it was available for pickup.

Could you make sure you don't send my lip out with fedex again? They've screwed up on my package once and I dont trust them anymore. They might just say that my lip was "delivered" and steal it from me again.

I know how you feel I will again put a few more calls into ups (it was ups I think) have to look at the tracking number again. I have had a few claims this week with Fedex and UPS I hate shippers! Give me a call tomorrow please xxx-xxx-xxxx

yes i agree 100% as they (ups) has lost several packages over the last few weeks one guy buys pcs from me like 8 at a time and someone took out 2 flat monitors from the boxes I was a little mad and they said they will chekc into it ... like always ... I should start driving the stuff to these ppl

Hey Tim, sorry to keep pestering you but I'm getting really desperate to get my headlights. My cars been sitting in my garage for a month now. I called ups last week and see whats up and they told me to call back after the 7 business days are over. So I called yesterday and they told me that they have agreed that I never recieved the package and they sent the claim back to the "original" shipper, which I think is probably that other place that you had my headlights/radio door sent out through.

Can you please check with them and see whats up? I'm so desperate for a set of headlights right now I'm almost to the point where I need to go and just buy some stock ones until my new ones come in. Please keep me updated on this, thanks Tim.

Tim, its been about 2 months and I haven't gotten my headlights yet. I called the Earl and he said he's still fighting with ups to get reimbursed before he will send me out another pair. I already called ups and they said they have taken care of everything. I feel like I'm being taken for a ride. I mean if he waits for "reimbursement" god knows how long that is going to take. I mean ups already told me that they have taken care of their part so I dont' see what the problem is. I mean its gotten so bad I had to buy stock headlights just so I can drive my car around till the new one gets in.

Would you either 1) refund the money for my headlights, radio door, and shipping for these 2 items or 2) ask Earl to send me out a set. I just feel like I have to fight to get the parts I bought. Sorry if I sound like a jackass but Im just getting really frustrated and believe that I have been VERY patient throughout this whole process. I mean 2 months is a long time.

As of this PM I asked him to refund my money for the headlights, radio door and shipping for these 2 items. This was I think June 6th and I still haven

Went down talked to both the dealer and UPS

I had the item drop shipped from Honda the same day promised

Tracking number clearly states item was delivered to YOUR address left on doorstep (dont know why they do that)

UPS says they are investigation a fraud with this transaction

There is no settlement check or anything ... I gave you all the info to the dealer, me and UPS tracking

I did my part ... have a tracking that item was shipped and delivered to YOUR home

Again ... why all my sales for OEM stuff have ceased till Honda gets my other 2 hardtops delivered and other hanging transactions taken care of.

Damn.....good luck....

Something is shady here.

Ive had MANY issues with UPS and FedEx. If there is no signature by someone who is "athorized" by you, then you automatically get reimbursed for it. Even if the status is delivered, without a signature, they must pay for it. This entire process takes NO LONGER than 7 days.

Im not saying Tim did something shady, as he is an upstanding and trusted member on the board, but something is not right here.

Call your CC company and cancel it. Tell them you never got the goods you purchased three months ago.

there was a tracking given and stated from UPS it was delivered 3 months ago to the correct address of kaliturbo

CC disputes are not an option 3 months later.

Tim.....it is my understanding that the lights and door were "drop shipped"

Meaning....you recieved payment, and a third party shipped the actual product correct.


I place 0 blame on you, but this situation must be resolved the correct "business" way.

So.....you either.....

A) Refund him the money, and when UPS sends a check, you keep it.

B)send him another pair of lights and door, and when the check comes, you will have payment.

This is the only way, and the right way.

I am not taking sides here, but unfortunatelly Tim, in the retail world, sacrifices must be made, in the interest of great customer service.

Tim sorry man but I have talked to ups and they have told me clearly and specifically that they have settled it with the shipper. Either they are lying, the shipper is lying or whoever. It doesn't matter to me at this point. All I know is that I am out of $700 something bucks with nothing to show for it.

I'm tired of calling ups, tired of callling Honda, and tired of trying to PM you. Yes packaged was "delievered" to my address. They left it on the porch with no signature or any note or anything. Usually they leave a note saying that they came and no one was at home and that they will try again tommarrow. For all I know the ups guy could've just jacked my stuff. The least they could've done was put it on the side of the house.

Just got back off the phone with Honda ... no check has arrived nor will ups settle the claim due to the reason the item was delivered

This is why I do not carry any more OEM stuff at this time
