According to UPS the package was delivered, per Tim Ham (South Honda's) customer. It was not shipped insured, nor was the customer (Tim Ham) charged for insurance, UPS claims the part was delivered as per our tracking number. We settled the claim with UPS today and are waitng to see if Tim Ham would like to either reimburse his customer or replace the parts to his customer.

Hey KaliT, looks like things are going to get resolved. Glad to hear it. I'm just bored at work reading this post and I'm glad you are getting you money back/parts.

Props to both of you for keeping it civil, too.

UPS is the debil.

We are happy to see that Tim and his customer where able to come to an agreement and we here at South Honda are happy to have Tim as a loyal customer.

From what we have seen on this fourm Tim has a good following of loyal customers and we see this to be a good example of his customer service.

Sincerly,
Earl Simpson

I never thought anything like this could happen but it does. I am going through something weird right now. I just sent out an exhaust and 4 rotors to amember here. When it got to him he said that he only got the exhaust and two rotors. The rotors were packed up in individual plastic bags and then each in it own box and then packed together in a larger box with the exhaust. But when it got to him, he was missing two rotors but the box was taped up nice and neat. I have a feeling that the box was damaged, two rotors were lost and UPS went and taped the box back up not realizing that two rotors are missing, one front and one rear. It is very frustrating for the resaler like myself and Tim. Tim is a stand up guy and I would vouch for him anytime. Glad to see South Honda step up and glad to see that Kaliturbo is being patient about this whole mess.
