Default Top Folding Issue

My top recently started doing this upon putting the top up from the down position. Anybody experience this / know what could be causing it?
I've tried bending that little black tube back to match the other side, but it just bends back to that position the next time I put the top down.

I also checked my elastic straps which appear to be fine. (I replaced the OEM ones with the modifry ones no more than a year ago.)

Any thoughts?!?
Thanks,

Um, glue that tube back in place with something like black rtv silicone?

Just make sure its held in place while it cures. Tape it down or something.

It may have been folded in that position (with the curl) for some time and it "set" that way. Try leaving that top in the up position (take out the curl) and let it bake in the sun for a day or two. Have someone lower the top slowly so you can monitor how the fold is going. You can make sure it does not go back to the curled portion.
