Perhaps surprisingly, the most special thing about the U.K. "GT Edition 100" (so named because there were exactly 100 of them) was the Grand Prix White color. Until MY07, the U.K. never got white cars; for '07 and '08, they got Platinum White Pearl.
So, except for private imports of cars from other markets, those are the only 100 GPW cars in the U.K.

CR only came out in the US and the Type-S only came out in Japan. The Edition 100 model was the UK's farewell model and really wasn't special at all imo. So this is the 1 instance where the US got the best model of a Japanese car available.
