Ryan.... NO! Damn does this suck. You know you can drive my car anytime you want... In fact we will have to make plans to go to the track next year. (i guess in my car!)
Everyone thats flaming Ryan... Hes a very good driver, he knows how to drive an S at the limit.... Hes been to numerous track and autox events and isnt a teenager.
This just really scares me, cause if it can happen to him, im surpriced it hasnt happened to me already.

That's all well and good, but COLD TIRES wil bite you in the A$$ everytime you push them. Impairment begins with the first drink, I think that's what the bumper sticker says.

Good to hear that WVtwisties is physically well.

Chin up dude.

Just a curious question ? With all the damage to the front end, what the heck happened to the right rear tire/wheel to knock it out of place like that ? Glad you are OK.

hey guys..thanks again and again for the support! I'm pretty sad about the whole thing. Physically I'm fine but I'm pretty depressed...and I'm not one of these people who gets depressed regularly either!

Thanks especially to the local guys who know me...I'm sure I'll be around...maybe I'll be the guy at fall colors next year without an S (passing you on the straights and pissing you off in the turns!!!)

Right rear wheel....not really sure to be honest. I believe there was a bit of curbing on the wall. Major impact was straight on but I'm guessing the car rotated around and hit low on that curb also. Looks like the S rear suspension doesn't hold up too well when taking hits...I don't know.

The suspension(specifically, the control arms) break very easily. Along with being lightweight, this helps dissipate energy. Be thankful that it does.
