That's what cell phones are for man, although a watch is a one time purchase. A turbo/sc could potentially be a money pit.

It is perfectly understandable to desire to have a proper watch; though I don't believe I've ever felt like I was choosing between FI and a watch, I do have some nice watches and not FI (yet).
There is plenty of time to open up the FI money pit.

I like watches

But I would have chose a SC

SC+Gears+smaller pulley OWNS Time everytime!

Think of all the fun you would have running late in a FI S2k!

Your decisions will never get easier!

You obviously want to impress people around you with ostentatious displays of wealth. An S2000 will never do that.

Everyone will think the watch is a Chinese "knock off" as long as you drive a $34,000 sports car. You need to upgrade your ride to a Porsche, or Audi, perhaps even a Ferrari or Lambo, to keep up with your image problem.

I do appreciate the fact that you are considerate of what your wife thinks. But you gotta wonder, what if life dealt you a real hard decision, like maybe having to sell the "S" and downgrade the life style to something like a Fit or a second hand Yugo, would she like that decision?

On a more critical note, if that were possible, why would anyone that won't buy membership in S2KI, whine about spending $5000 on a watch instead of his car.

Wow i'm almost scared to post in this thread LoL..... I made a similar decision early last year. I was going to turbo my 5th gen prelude but decided on a watch as well. Honestly, the best decision I could've made.

If I ever decide to sell I can, I wont lose any money and I can turbo or S/C the S

Sorry but I cant get over you watch guys...

IT TELLS THE TIME. NOTHING MORE.
And no one else cares about what kind of watch you have on your wrist, other than the fact that you wasted so much money on it. So you're not impressing anyone.
