i dunno, I like turning the key with the right, and then right after that, push the button, as my right hand makes sure the stick is in neutral.

The S2000 was not the first to have a start button, so in a sense, Honda copied someone else.

Wow, I just now realized that you have to shift with your left hand. (no wonder that guy form London wants an automatic). If your a lefty that might be no-problem. I would think it's gotta be easier for righties to shift with their right hands, no matter where you live.

Don't you have the clutch depressed anyway?

The prius is not a bad idea for a commuter car. It has the same personality as the other people movers but saves the planet better per se. I agree with the who cares statement, the start button is neat, but in the end it's just a gimmic. It's so burned into my head 99% of the time I just push it without thinking and don't realize that I did push it to start the car.

That's what I was going to say. Also, the new Viper does not look like the S2K and it is a COMPLETELY different car. Please do not compare them. Car's have "copied" each other for years. There are only so many shapes you can make a vehicle before you run into a couple that have similarities. Think about it. Honda tried to come out with something different- Element- and people immediately started to say it was ugly, out there, and stupid. Then the comments change to a- Hummer- wanna- be, a Scion knock off, and Aztec. Even when a car manufacturer tries something a little different, they get harassed. Just as Chris Bungle over at BMW.
