Traction control, yes or no.
Traction control is not all that expensive any more.. there are already sensors to report slips, independent brake lines and control, and a computer. This is just a matter of the manufacturer deciding they can make it fit into their marketing.. lesser cars contain this feature.
If it is implemented right there is no downside.. I know guys that have adjusted their driving style on the track to allow traction control help out of corners. It is a great feature in slick conditions.
IMO it would be a good addition to the car and would take Honda off the hook since there seems to be a great many drivers that have trouble keep the rear of the car behind them.

TC would do nothing to save the car that has been put into an oversteer situation by sudden trailing throttle oversteer, i.e. the driver took his/her foot off the gas in mid corner or in the wet and the weight transfer loosened up the rear enough to send it around.
IMHO Traction Control is useless 90% of the time. I have ASL(Anti Slip Regulation) and EDL(Electronic Differential Lockup) on my GTI VR6...When I drive it I turn the ASL/Traction Control Off. Even in the Snow I turn it off. I find traction control systems completely annoying, especially the systems that limit your throttle and apply brakes to the spinning wheel. Thats my $0.02
yes, better yet, trac control with ESP. honda obviously was trying to cut corners to make this car more affordable. oh well, its a honda, most safety related high tech gizmos will not find their way into a honda until they are cheap enough.
