I'm not sure but normally 30,000 miles., They way you guys drive, most likely 20,000. I like smooth shifting, and I firmly believe that the fluid inside the car is the life of the car, like water for the body. I change my oil at 2,000 miles and tranny at 10,000. I'm about to drain my radiator fluid at 15,000 for the winter and changing the clutch fluid at 15,000 (helps with the stickyness of 1st gear.

Hope that helps. All these fluid changed at one time is only 100.00.

Not too shabby for 15K worth of hard Vtec-ING.
