sorry to bring up an old thread, but i just bought a 00' s2k that has this problem. Its good to read that this "clutch buzz" will not affect anything mechanical. I was very afraid that the transmission was all screwed up,lol...........Also what does "TSB" stand for. I want to go to several honda dealerships and see if they can fix this buzzing for me. Also what exactly is required in fixing this problem??? The sound is really annoying as someone stated above.
ok, since you posted in this thread your question should already be answered... but since you're not paying attention:

the problem requires a new clutch. that is all. honda redesigned the clutch to address this problem.

as already stated, most dealers will give you an emphatic "NO" when asked to perform the replacement as a matter of warranty.

HOWEVER, if your relationship with your dealer is such as mine, they might do it. BUT, i've bought 3 cars from the same dealer, and have had EVERY car I've owned in the last nine years serviced there. and since my family's a two car family, that's ALOT of past service.
