Trunk is locked shut, but there's a catch...
Trust me, I searched for this answer and haven't found anything. I just got my second trunk painted to match my car. Installed my new wing at the same time. Well I was test fitting the trunk to make sure it cleared everything and the trunk closed. No big deal right? Oh wait, I didn't plug in the trunk release cable so I'll just manually unlock it with the key. False. This trunk is from another car so it isn't keyed to match my normal key. bob saget.... 
Anyone have any experience in this? Is the 2003 (non laser cut) trunk pick-able? I have my full interior in the vehicle as well as my spare tire. The spare tire cloth cover though has no clips in it so it could be pushed out. PM me if anyone doesn't feel comfortable putting any of this information on the forums. Thanks for everyone's help on this.

This happened to me as well and I got it open!
I was putting a new trunk lid on and shut it the same way and locked myself out. This happened a couple years ago so let me go off what I remember.
If you recline forward the driver or passenger seat, there is a panel that you can remove to get to the trunk. This panel will only open up a small area. From there, there should be a pull cable to release the trunk from the inside. If you can locate that, you can jimmy a long pole with something to grab that pull cable with an pop the trunk open. Once I figured out it was possible, it was just about 15 mins of building a quick tool and getting it open. You do not need to pull the glove compartment to do this.
