TSB RE: upper control arm

That won't prevent the failure that the Honda TSB fixes. If those brackets moved closer and further apart (the only direction that brace will be strong in) then the steel control arm would fail pretty quickly. That's car show type stuff only, form over function.

My popping noise gets worse everyday. I can hear something loose, like a clunking noise sometimes too, like a loose bolt or something.
It's driving me crazy!

It's driving me crazy! In some cases I have seen people think that they had the oil can pop on the front welds but it turned out that one of the alignment plates was not properly torqued down. I would take a look at this as well.

This has not been a reported problem for the rear welds. If your sound is coming from the rear it could be a number of things. Axle nut, wheel bearing, or diff.

It's annoying as hell, and I appreciate everyone's input.
NFRAP1, there are many threads on "sounds from the rear" and just as many solutions. I would scan through those. FWIW, I had a clunking sound from the rear and it ended up being a loose sway bar endlink bolt.
i suppose that just like the rear CV TSB if your car is lowered Honda wont honor this TSB? ive just started to hear this noise once and a blue moon. so the fix is a new upper arm?
