You can get JDM turbo chargers long time ago ... HKS, or Top Fuel makes some pretty good conversion kits. It's just whether you decide to do it or not. Don't see what's the point of putting in a turbine when the output is somewhat good enough in general definition terms. I think a proper NA staging setup will be much wiser.
