'03 all the way. The glass rear window is much nicer, as is the interior. Well worth the extra few grands. Plus, berlina is the best color anyways.

How long do you plan to keep the S? If you're torn between the two due to $$ reasons, it may be more sensible to purchase the newer of the two since you can recoup more when you resell the car.

There's just too many variables...if it were up to me, I'd haggle and get an 03 w/ similar mileage for 17k-18k.

Always get the latest model (well, within AP1 or AP2 ..,. whichever you want)

Get the 03. It's not really $3k more. You'll make it back in resale later. You're really only paying for the interest on the $3k.

THAT is worth spending for the glass rear.

I would get the '03 simply because of the glass rear window.
