Typo or Delusions?
$50K was the price some were paying in the Seattle area when I first ordered mine in Nov. '99. Of course, that was before there were any on the road in most parts. And that didn't include no hardtop, either.

There are still dealers in the Atlanta area proclaiming S2000s are rare and tacking on wild Additional Dealer Profit on the stickers.
Last week while visiting a Honda dealer for service on my daily driver I learned Honda Odyssey vans are rare (yeah right) and are worthy of a $4275 ADP.
I can't imagine any prospective car buyer not doing some research on pricing before attempting to negotiate a purchase but I guess they must be out there and fall for this BS.
