Here it is... Fresh Water Tour 2004 (Formely "Midwest MEGAMEET"... but changed, thx to Backcracker! ) This has the potential to hold a large amount of participants. I wouldn't say 10k, and I'm not sure ANYWHERE could really hold 10k CARS! ...bikes would be one thing, but for cars... yikes!

Check it out... there is a variety of events to participate in each day!

i vote for colorado. beautiful scenerey and great roads to drive.

 

It could be anywhere in the Midwest and I wouldnt care. Just gimme a date and a place to be and I will be there.

Sounds like a good chance to get the best s2000's from the east and the west.(And to party are butt's off)

I'm not sure if there are any "fairgrounds" in route for our event. What will make it diffacult is hotel parking and being a 3 day- multi-city tour. Sure, we could leave all of the cars at the tracks during the days... and carpool back to the hotel... but there is about 2-3 additional events (alternatives) each day. This meet is intended to have flavor for anyone! A different source of entertainment for every temperment, talent and conviction!

You have the beuatiful beach front activities of Lake Michigan... you have two 2 tracks on 2 different days (Gingerman and TireRack.com's), you have 3 different routes to run... catored dinners with guest speakers from our sponsors, Outdoor beach BBQ's for lunch, again hosted by sponsors... tourist events, scenic stops along the routes... etc.

2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th Welcome to our new site moderators. Very pleased with the outcome. Also very happy about the reinstatement of "The United S2000 Meet" concept. I can only hope it comes to pass. I don't care where it takes place,or when. I can tell you this much,I will do everything I can to help in anyway. It sure would be great to be a part of a large gathering of Owners/Members of S2KI at a road course with after market vendors,live music,great food as well as some all out racing on the road course/1/4mi. drag strip. Thank you much for giving this idea a second chance. Members/moderators,as I've said this could/would be a time in our lives never to be forgotten. Can't find the words to express how this will/would be. However with the huge task at hand I don't think/feel we can make it happen in the current year. Not sure how I may be able to help. Please drop me a line and let me know how I can be of assistance. I'm in . I have no intention of parting with my 2000 S2000.
