At first I didn't even know about CDV. I didn't even know what it was
But after searching the forum, I now realize what it is and what it does.
So I'm going to try the DIY mod and see how it goes.

R3DS2K - I'm pretty positive I'm releasing my clutch fast enough. It's the CDV thats trying to even out the load and rpm. But I'll have your advice in mind and try to release quicker

An aftermarket PP makes a very sweet mod, so if I were you I'd use this opportunity to upgrade. The big expense is the labor anyway, and an aftermarket PP won't increase the amout of labor involved, so why not make the most of the effort. Be sure to get a new throwout bearing too.
