vafc 2 hp gains?
sounds like after all these years there are still alot of vafc misconceptions.
to clear things up:
1.) VAFC2 ARE effective on the s2k.
2.) VAFC2 can be tuned to only modifiy AFR/VTEC on WOT. they CAN also be tuned to mod at partial throttle------this is was started the "has to be reset" mith of '06. mine is set for WOT only and thus i never reset my ecu, dont have to.
with a properly tuned vafc you can expect 10rwhp peak, with just as much in the midrange, and on 00-01 up to 20rwhp from 8400-9000.

i guess i missed this when i first responded to this topic. this statement sounds like the biggest cop-out i've heard. its a glue that the "tuner" really doesnt do any tuning, more like installing intakes and exhausts on sentras,civics,integras, del slows. these kinda morons are just parts installers, not import tuners. the "s2000 is maxed out from the factory" has got to be one of the biggest falicies among the import crowd. i am +30rwhp +16RWTQ over stock with exhaust and a vafc tune. tell that "tuner" that and watch him insert his foot in his mouth. moron.
