Well, 30 runs and 3 hours later, my car is tuned with the VAFC. I will scan the dyno's very shortly so you can see the results for yourself. I still think there is maybe a little room for improvement but I was happy with my final settings, which are as follows:
LVT
1000 = 0
2000 = 0
3100 = -5
3600 = -4
4000 = -6
4500 = -10
5500 = -11
5900 = -11

HVT
5500 = -4
5900 = -4
6100 = 0
6500 = -4
7400 = -3
7800 = -5
8400 = -10
9000 = -9

VTEC cnt
L-H = 5900rpm
H-L = 5800rpm

Throttle
Lo 10% Hi 50%

VTEC Unmt
Hi<<Lo = -2%
Lo<<Hi = -2%

The baseline run I got 198.4 hp and 136.9 torque.

With these VAFC settings I got 205.2 hp and 138.7 torque.

So there is a peak 7hp increase and a peak 2 lb/torque increase but that is not what I am so happy about. There are some decent gains from 3000-3500 but, very significant gains in hp and torque from 4000-6000rpms. BUT, the most impressive is from 6300-9000 there are HUGE increases in hp and torque. Especially from about 8300-9000 there is about a 15hp and 10 lb/torque increase. The car pulls much harder all the way to 9000. The car feels much stronger now, below and above VTEC. There is no hesitation at all below 3000rpms like I used to have. It is very, very smooth across the whole powerband. The low end power feels much much stronger, even though it does not show huge gains on the graph. That is probably one of the things that I am most happy with, is the power down low. In 2nd gear at 3000rpms I floored it and you could easily tell a difference. Above VTEC the power is definitely there. It is definitely pulling much harder from 6000 up and you can easily tell when driving it. I am very, very impressed with the results from this. I was hoping for a higher peak number, but after driving the car, this is much better.
Here's the graph of the two runs on top of each other.

I think I could tweak it a little more here or there, but after 3 hours on the dyno, and numbers ranging from 206hp to 192hp, I was content with the outcome. Let me know what you think.
Also, for those interested in the harness GB, I will get it all setup soon. He is still looking for another supplier so he can get the parts at a better price for our group buy. I'll keep you updated. And again, another big thanks to Ray(RT) who I spoke with a few more times on the phone while at the dyno.

Thanks,
-Brandon

Somewhat off topic, but don't you have a J's or Spoon exhaust? (Sorry, I turned off the sig option)
I'd expected your base would be higher than 198.4. Just curious, that's all.

And I suppose you'd just adjusted the WOT setting? There have been an on-going debate about ECU Narrow throttle adjustment, but I guess we don't want to get into that.

I'm confused about something... A 10lb-ft increase in torque at 8300rpm should equate to a 15hp increase, just like you stated. However, since peak hp in a stock S2000 already happens at 8300rpm or so, I don't see why you got only 6.8hp peak hp. With those numbers, you should have gotten 213.4 peak hp... Plus, if you were able to extend the flat torque curve from 8300 to 9000rpm, that's a theoretical peak hp of 230. Maybe I'm loosing something in the translation, however. I suspect the charts will clear up my confusion.

Thanks for the report!

Yes, I do have a J's exhaust and AEM CAI. I wish I could have done a dyno when the car was completely stock so it is hard to tell if they really made any difference. I know of some S2000's out there that are just getting in the 180's and low 190's for stock numbers, so 198 isn't too bad, but I really didn't expect much. It's hard to squeeze power out of this engine and I think most of us have realized that. We will also see what happens when I take my car to the track next becaue I did run it when it was completely stock and ran a 14.4 @ 96. I am hoping to get into the 13's now.
And yes, I just adjusted the WOT settings, I didn't even touch the narrow settings.
Thanks,
-Brandon

Cool. Thanks for your report.
Fwiw, my car was roller-dyno'ed at 203 hp, 135 tq in the summer when it was bone stock. I was able to get 5-6 hp and ~4 lb. gain at certain low and mid ranges, and about 2 hp and 2 lb. gain at peak. My low and mid range adjustment is similar to yours (-4 to -6), but my top end adjustment is far less agressive(maxed out at -6). I'll try your #'s and report back tomorrow if my butt feels any difference.
