It has been progressing for the past few days. I now have a squeaking sound (sounds like something plastic) coming from the driver side door. It is somewhere around the area where the corner of the door that meets the glass window. It is almost at the ear level of the driver, depending on the size of the driver tho . It is getting worse by the day. Will someone help me trouble shoot this, please? Along with the rattle on the driver side dash (on road bumps) and now this, it is annoying the heck out of me. This is just a 1 month old car for pete's sake. Any ideas guys?

I've got this one on both sides. I think it's the door trim rubbing against the side of the dash. Try some silicone spray on the dash moulding (I was going to do this myself but my noise is intermittent/weather dependent and I haven't had a chance yet). If you don't want to do that try sliding a piece of paper between the door and dash, just for the purposes of diagnosis. It could also be the actual window glass on the weather seal, since mine seems to go away when you lower the windows, but then that's probably just because the sound can't reflect off the window anymore and gets masked by outside sounds.

 

I have this too (I think), its right beside my ear on the drivers side. I am wondering if the guys who installed my separates might not have put it back together right (although they did an unbelieveable job on the install). Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
