window/door noise??
alright I believe I read something about this before but I did a search but can't find it. My car was outside the other day and it snowed and it got covered, then it rained and all snow is gone but today car is basically frozen. I went to open my window and I hear a noise similar to crack and something fell inside the door. I opened and closed the door and something rattled. I first thought maybe some water that turned to ice had cracked but now something is rattling. I remember a post not too long ago about a piece that someone mentioned they found inside their door. I kinda hate the rattle even though I dont hear it unless I am trying hard but I know its there!!
thanks for any help

That was probably me. You should never operate the window when it has frozen moisture in it or on it. One of the window guides was frozen onto the side of the glass. When you opened the window, it pulled the guide off and it is now rattling around inside your door. You will have to remove the door panel, get the plastic and you will be best to carefully epoxy it back in place. You can compare this to the other window which will still have the guide in place.
