Robi Suggests 5 Things You Should Never Do to Your S2000

AP2 rear bars are the smallest/softest OEM option for the rear.

Which Enkei 9.5" wheels do you think would have enough offset to fit up front with 245/255 tires?

The early AP1 rear bar is the stiffest bar. I assume you mean run the softest rear option. That would be the later (non-CR) AP2 bar. Miata bar is an even softer option, yet still stiffer than no bar.

The replies above are correct. First gen AP1 bar (00-01) were the stiffest Rear bars installed on the S2000 and not the best option.
Additionally, I think this information should clearly state that it is directed toward SCCA Solo drivers looking to improve their time come-carving. Running a staggered setup and rear wing on a full course race way is better than what you’re stating here.
