Default Viagra for your S2Ks chasis(pics)

Well since there was enough intrest in the first post I decided to post again, this time with more pictures of the new chasis "stiffener" as Luder called it. Please keep in mind that the pictures below are of a brace as it came off of the CNC machine. IE it is not completely finnished with the final buffing and anodizing/powdercoating. Cost will be driven by how many are made, the more the better! Please feel free to post or PM questions and comments, I want your feedback no matter what!!
Thanks
Mark
BTW this is bolted to my car which does not currently run, or the testing would have already been underway,
I used the Viagra reference because the brace you see will be anodized blue, as specified by the person who bought it

BTW the finish will be up to the person who buys it, anodize or powder coat.

Looks very well engineered. Too bad that it is in a hard to see area of the car because it is very nice looking. From a performance aspect, all three braces that I have seen should give a similar effect, because any flexing will be in non-braced areas. If you are looking for ease of use, looks, or the incremental performance benefit, this looks like the one to buy.

No need to buff as the first step in anodize is a light acid wash. If you buff you will have less powdercoat adhesion. You would have test results by now but you gave the Beta test unit to someone else .
