I cant get these center caps in my wheels and Ive been beating them all day with a rubber mallet. Is glueing an option or am I just doing this wrong

 

A: set wheel on floor... face up

B: clean the center core area

C: clean cap (must be GT cap low or hi type) VR wont fit

D: place in the hole (make sure rubber lil ...."washers" are on.. should be 2..

E: place on top of hole.

F: push into hole firmly

sounds to me u might not have the rubber "washers" on if their not "staying in"

dont force=wont come out l8er
