Heys Guys!...for those who cared, it looks like it was the black box after all. I removed the box and sent it back to Vortech and they are going to tweak it for me, it has had NO problems starting in 30 and below since I removed it. Keep you're fingers crossed for me... I hope the tweaking fixed it. I will let you know. Thanks for the concern, CarbonFiberLip
