Default Warranty Issues

I need some help here...My s2k is making funny noises, another member said it might be the belt tensioner. I plan to take it into the dealer for warranty work, but I was wondering if my mods will have any effect on their decision to cover it with warranty. Currently I have a spoon exhaust, and an aem intake. Thanks in advance.

Should not be a problem....unless one of the aftermarket parts is causing the issue. With a normal factory warranty they have to show that the aftermarket product is what is causing the problem for them to deny the claim. The burden of proof lies on them. Magnuson Moss Act

Yeah you should have no problem at all with just a exhaust and intake.
