Water leaking in through tops of windows!?

Im starting to have the same problem with my weatherstrip however I don't have any idea about how to replace the part.. Could you possible help?
As far as I remember you just unscrew 1 or 2 screws and just pull it out. I've done it over a year ago. I also applied some additional weather sealer from parts store to make the seal seat tighter. No leaks anymore.

PS. my problem was that water somehow got inside the seal itself and then leaked inside the car.

First, try the shin-etsu grease, then try this^! I just adjusted my window so the front of the drivers side moves up slightly higher.

After greasing the seals, leave your windows cracked over night to allow the seals to "plump up". I keep my windows cracked whenever I can to allow the seals to maintain their shape.
