Default Help, leaking water into car

Hi guys got in my car this morning to discover its leaking its just on just the passenger side. It was raining heavily all night and still is.

I noticed the speaker grill holes are covered in droplets of water towards the hinge of the door on the actual plastic of the door down one quarter, theres also an accumlation of water on the electric window switch.

Checked: roof is up, windows are fully closed etc

But i fear is maybe the seals at the top of the window? anyone have any ideas?

cheers

Might need a new rubber seal, or might need greasing with Shin-Etsu (Tech faq)

As Ian said you need to revitalise the weatherstrips to make them more supple.

You can also adjust the rake on your drop glass to make the windows tighter against the seals.

Def the seals, grease them up, if that don't work, raise the window stop point slightly.

check this first. Have a look at the interesection of the window with the top of the A pillar. This is the key area for leaks.

It's possible to mitigate the leak depending on how you park the car (level, on a slope, on a side slope.) Sometimes if I park mine nose high I get a little leak but if I park nose low in the same place all is fine.
