If you don't think the next S2000 will be some form of electric, you're delusional. The most recent S2000 is the last of its kind.

Someone should make an accurately scaled Overlay of the 2 cars in 1 picture - comparing this Concept to the NSX for size, length, width, etc.
This isn't scientific by any means but I gave it a shot using the front axel as a reference point for all 4 vehicles. We know the S660 has factory 15" wheels, S2000 has 17", and NSX has 19" (front). The ZSX? is probably a concept with oversized 19-20" wheels, so I sized the car so the wheels would match the NSX. The dimensions of all of the production cars are known, and I used that to proportionally scale each to one another.

Putting this comparison together, I'm starting to wonder if this car has the same wheelbase as the S660 and even shares the same platform. Now that I think about it, some rumors out there have said that the car will be closer to the MX-5 in size. The styling even looks like a longer, edgier S660.

Again I'm not making any real claims here but having some fun and trying to make educated guesses.

Interesting exercise urbanglowcam. Your workup really drives home the point that there is probably no way Honda will ever build another car that will appeal to me the way the S2000 does. It is just so much more "organic" looking than the newer cars — far, far more appealing to my eye. Not to mention that you can't even put the top down in the other cars. I also love that there is a lack of technology and creature comforts in the S2000. It's so much more basic in nature. I wouldn't even know if the stereo worked if my wife hand't turned it on, lol. Then again, I'm a guy who still owns an all manual film camera and who never sold off my turntable or vinyl collection. We all like different things I suppose.

Default HIDEOUS!!

Not Feeling this at all! Looks like something Mattel Toys Hot Wheels would come up with. WTF are Honda designers smoking these days?
