I also tried maybe 10 different dealers with no luck. After weeks of searching on and off, I stopped by the foothill ranch Chevy (GM?) dealer. They had it in stock AND knocked off about 5 bucks to make the 2 quarts under $20.
They said they had 6-8 more quarts and this was about 1 week ago.
Good luck with your search. I know, for me, it was well worth it.

I bought 6 pack with shipping was $60, my time and gas is worth more than that
just buy and have it shipped
