Oil change- Rotella Synthetic T6 5W40
Oil filter - Honda PCX1500
Transmission oil change - Honda Manual Transmission Fluid
Differential fluid - Valvoline Syn 75W-140
Brake fluid flush - ATE TYP200 DOT4
Raised the front end from tucked to 1 finger space all 4 corners will need alignment

My mechanic did not recommend DOT 4 for clutch fluid so we skipped it

Busy past week.

Regreased shifter. Can't tell much difference. Old grease had mostly dried up but not completely.

Used rubbing alcohol to remove coating from shifter surround (it was partially rubbed away. Nice and shiny now.

Swapped out TCT for BIllman's tonight.

Swapped out cabin filter.

Projects to come...

1. NEED more powerful headlights.

2. Need to check valve clearance (just checking).

2. WANT more information. I want an oil pressure/temp and trans temp setup.

3. Mugen AP1 exhaust.

4. Larger wheels/tires (when needed).

finally decided to diagnose a rattle I had sitting in idle with a/c on, and once the engine was warmed up and fan kicked in. Anytime I popped the hood the sound was coming from direct center of the engine bay and no matter where I put my ear it sounded like it was somewhere else. I've always thought it was a pulley or heatshield. Went under the car with it running, start pushing on things when the rattle occurred and narrowed it down to a stupid exhaust manifold bracket. The bolt that secures the bracket to the block wasn't completely tight and allowed just enough wiggle room to rattle - this was a very similar issue I had on my turbo civic where the wastegate base collar would rattle due to the main gasket not being pinched.

And while under the car I adjusted both front tie rods to help center the steering wheel, but need to make adjusts today since it moved the steering wheel slightly in the other direction

So after 4 years of dealing with the bracket rattle that is no more. And about 4000 miles ago had the competition clutch/flywheel/pressure plate replaced with oem clutch/act flywheel/pressure plate to eliminate clutch buzz, terrible clutch chatter while in reverse(a bigger deal going uphill)

So everything's good to go minus the airbag light that's always on now(when using a jumper to pull codes it showed two codes for passenger side airbag). Resetting the airbag light only works temporarily.

I'm going to take some heat for this, but did something for fun. It'll be gone in the spring.
