Start from the ground up. Good tires, good pressure, good alignment. Driving with worn/mismatched tires or a crap alignment will, at best, hobble the vehicle. At worst, it will make it dangerous at the limit or in the rain.

Take a Valium and a shot of your favorite libation the call (sitting down) your insurance company to add this car to your policy. After this quote sinks in, the rest is easy.

Why ANYONE would even want to maintain their cars in this manner I have no idea. To each their own, just taking a mental note here of whos car I wouldnt want to buy LOL.
