Do you think Honda will ever make the s2000 a mass produced car for the general people?
i hope not
i have read threads on this forum and some of the people have said they think after 2004 the s2000 will be a car that will be more fit for anyone. my opinion is that Honda will not make the s2000 a general people's car, the s2000 is Honda's glory car, the kind of car that if someone had a few cars they would pay the most attension to care for it like their child, i also don't think they will ever make the s2000 available in automatic because the would simply destroy an amazing machine and cause it to go mainstream and become a normal car, it won't be anything special to have. i would hate to see that happen to a great car like this... maybe im just being paranoid and trying to vent it out.
wat do you people think will become of the s2k?

I'm not sure, but I think with a 9,000RPM redline, the automatic transmission would have a hell of a time trying to guess your shift point.

You'll notice that the automatic version of the new RX8 has less power output than the manual due to the fact that they couldn't find an auto tranny that could handle th 9k red line so they lowered it.
