This thread is ghey. If you wanted to run the 1/4 buy a civic and do a K swap or some crap like that. Remember, this car was made to make turns...

ninja edit, look how many threads there are already in the "search" section.
Its just a simple question! You dont have to get all touchy... Yeah you might be right, its not made for that (like i clearly stated on the original post!) but its still much fun, plus some people have it JUST for that!!! It doent say anywhere on the cat "dont drag this vehicle" so just go play grand turismo & mind your business .

high 13s are the best stock times (13.8 is the best ive seen) and 98-102 trap speeds are typical.

ha ha ha "s2k's wish they could hang with you in the corners" and you have a civic maybe in the quarter , but an s2k is by far a way better track car!

Hahaha, some of these guys are a little touchy. I autocross with Miata's and Civic's that can devour stock S2000's, so maybe that's why my skin is a little thicker.

Let's follow the logic that the S2000 isn't a drag car, and therefore should not be drag raced.

Using the same logic, the S2000 isn't an autocross car, so it should not be autocrossed. Further, it is not a club racer, so it should not be road raced. It is a street car, designed for street use, so if the logic is valid, then the only thing we should ever do with an S2000 is drive it on the street.

Now, how many of the people who think the S2000 isn't a drag car and shouldn't be drag raced also think it should only be driven on the street?

Dude its no biggy! I just find it hard to believe. Do you have the new civic, the previous, or what??? I had an em2 (04 civic hx) and boy was i tired of the car, i mean it was good on gas but i didnt like the way it handled and it was a COW too and it wasn't the best looking car (it was good on gas tho jeje). Like i said your driving an s2000 (not that theres anything wrong with owning a civic) but its a civic, i guess is just a peace of mind! I bough an s2k because i love the way it looks

Just about any car with a bunch of aftermarket suspension parts can out perform another car. So lets not start the battle of my penis > your penis.
