At what point did your car start eating oil?

I know there are many threads on this. I am just curious for comparison sake. I have 800 miles on mine and its still full up as far as I can tell. Flat surface readings with engine off after a decent drive.

Although, I do have a ton of brake dust but it seems to be getting better. Yellow really shows break dust I thought it was soot but there was no soot on the exhaust pipes.

When you start to VTEC and redline often, then check your oil on the regular basis.

Just wait till you cruise down the highway in VTEC for about 5 miles or so. That will drink some oil.

It seems like oil consumption is based on the amount of 'spirit' used during spirited VTEC driving. The more spirit = the more oil used. I have a lot of spirit!

After I reached 14k miles, the oil consumption was not as dramatic, but I still check the oil at every fill up(every 3rd day). I top it off, about 2 "x's" on the dipstick, every 2-3 weeks.

19k miles in 8 months! The Asheville trip (1,200 miles one-way)should make up for the 2 weeks I lost when doing the 1-2 crunch fix.

After the initial half quart during breakin my car doesn't use any oil between changes and I change it every 5k miles.
And I don't exactly drive it easy. I got a letter from an angry fellow commuter to prove it.

I have currently about 2,700 mi. I didn't notice any oil usage until about 1,500 mi. and since the 1,500 mile mark, it's used about 2 x's on the dipstick. I'll top it off tonight.

How does the "ragee" manage to get your address? I've been followed by upset people (back to the Porsche dealer after a test drive), but have never received written notice of their displeasure.

I am not really sure how it works but I think they just need you plate number and then write a letter and the state sends in on??
It had my name as it appears on the registration and not my drivers license.

By the way I am not in raged I just drive fast
My wife keeps telling me somebody is gonna shoot me.
But they gotta catch me first.
