What should I do?
I have 2 people with S2000s for sale that said they would keep them till spring and sell them to me then. I want both but can only buy one. Let me know what you would do.
First one is a 2000 Honda S2000 Berlina Black (just like my first one) that has 58,000 miles on it. Has an inline pro turbo stage 1 kit installed (418 hp) 5000 miles ago and blew the rear end. Has the inline pro clutch too. Comes with all Hondata equipment with AP2 front bumper, rear spoiler, and sittin on stockers (cause he sold the Volks). Wants $14,000 but I was going to offer $12000 because it needs to be trailered, rear end fixed, and probably a new top because of the plastic rear window.
Second one is a 2001 Honda S2000 New Formula Rd with 32,000 miles ALL STOCK. Guy even replaced the top but put another plastic rear window in to keep it original (I plan on just replacing it with a glass top because of looks and longevity) Said I can take it for $12000.

In a word: testdrive.
in a small paragraph: it all really depends on what you wanted to do. did you want to get into road racing or autocross? is it just a daily driver? also think about if the car is your style or not, a car is something to make your own (not saying stock is bad) but it is all about what you like. feel em both, see what you like best.

i would go for the lower mile un effed up cheaper one
But obviously your priorities are different than mine, because this seems like a no brainer to me.
You said "had" a turbo. So it doesn't anymore? if it doesn't than I think he is asking way to much and would deff not get it.
Even if it still has the trubo i would get the lower mileage one that is cheaper and seems to have been taking care of. Your can comfortably boost it later if that the direction you want.
