In the same idea as the thread I was talking to a NEW Honda saleslady and I told her that Honda/Acura had nothing I wanted anymore and mentioned the S and NSX and she had never even heard of the NSX ! Holy smokes where do they find these people?

 

One of my college professors saw me parking one day and said "Damn, how did you afford a Porsche?"

 

some old lady at the gas station told me this on saturday...

"Thats a honda? Wow, did they just come out with it?" lol...

Besides that ive gotten miata a lot.

 

Most people just tell me, "Nice car," as they stare at it trying to figure out what it is. I've gotten the BMW comment once.

I beat a 350z a few weeks ago. After the race, the driver rolled down his window and said,"I raced you because I thought I would win. I thought you were driving a Miata."

 

Years ago at a gas station a guy asked me if it was a BMW ?

I replied "no....it's a Honda ; I bought it to drive it ,not let it sit in the shop"

 

The first time I saw this car I was a kid...I thought it was a new Porsche Boxster or something. Can't blame the untrained eye.

i got pulled over once for no front plates last year, and the cop asked if this honda was new cause he never seen it before... and i said, "it's been around since 2000..."

 

All my buddys call my s a miata just because they know it pisses me off if im driving my integra they say why didnt you bring out the miata tonight every time

 

I got asked if it was a BMW couple of times.

I get BMW, Porsche and Miata most of the time. I've realized alot of people are completely clueless about this car.
