I guess it's just one of those things and I shouldn't get too worked up about it. It was just that I was out enjoying my car and minding my own business. These dorks took it upon themselves to harass me and in some cases endanger other drivers.

I should have smoked that punk in the Civic but my better judgement got the better of me. I'd have felt real stupid if I wrecked my S in the process so I just let it go. Guess that's my old age showing cause if I was younger I'd have dropped a gear and left him sitting there with his thumb up his

Funny thing is I also own a Mustang and I get fewer challenges in that car than I do in my S2000. Go figure.

The way I see it, no matter what car your driving, if you race the best thing that can happen is you beat a slower car. The worse thing that can happen is well use your imagination anywhere from a ticket to jail to death. Drive your own drive and don't let other people make you do something stupid.

SInce I got my '06 AP2, my whole attitude on this topic seems to have changed.

In my old '01 Integra GSR, I'd have gladly taken them up on the challenge. Many a riced-up Civic has fallen to my stock GSR, mostly because stickers and spoilers don't add speed and neither do poorly-matched bolt-ons and suspension kits.

In my S2000, I just shrug and ignore them. They feel like they need to prove something. I feel like I no longer need to. I can take them. They know it and I know it. Why should I abuse my car proving what we both already know?

These days in Seoul, I just get fronted with doods in Ferraris.. don't know why.. and usually we're in a TON of traffic.. i guess he wants to race like 10 meters or something..

Me and my buddy usually alternate who drives when we go cruising, one week his supra and one week my s2k, and it is 10x worse in a mkiv supra than a s2000. It used to bother me when people would try and race me, but after watching his reaction i just shrug it off and dont worry about it. On the street I drive for enjoyment, not to show some 16 year old in a hyundai that i am faster than him. Just enjoy your car.

Its been M3's lately with me. i havent raced any, but I love how they sit and wait for you to get right up next to them and then floor it...no signal no nothing. The frst M3 that wanted to run sounded NASTY...like demon spawn...i'm SURE he was stock!

Warren, where exactly do you have a trailer hitch bolted
