is it just me or do those big truckin guys always race you. wth is up with that, im sorry that you got a truck or a family van instead of that sportscar you wanted but really, have some decency.

 

People with trucks tend to believe their torquey engine will do the trick. Usually the peeps who've raised their trucks like to challenge random street peeps, though little do they know, their aerodynamics is not much better than a brick. Maybe they think they can cheat and monster truck you? That'll show the guy with the sports car who's got the bigger pen1s!

 

Our car makes other people do stupid things. I've own my S only a few months and I can't believe the negative attention I get sometimes...

 

i haven't had anyone try anything with me yet. but everytime i drive my civic... omg, its a given.

I've noticed a slight decline in people pissing me off since I got my S2000. Thank God. Probably because it is bone stock. They probably think I'm an old man or something. I know the day I buy anything for it the freaks will all come out and want to race. I'm happy with it being stock though, I like the A - S class in Auto X and it makes me learn to drive the car how it is fast. In my town people think they are cool hanging out at autozone before they go street race. Time and time again, I roll in there and let them know about the local sports car club events like lapping days and auto X but they are too hardcore for sanctioned events.

 

Yes I was in the left lane when the Mazda 3 came up from behind. I was already moving pretty quickly and I wasn't going any faster. He had plenty of room to make a pass but chose not to. His whole intention was to street race which I was having no part of.

 

kids what did we learn today? S2000's are attention (good/bad) whores.
