Let me see.......... I believe it was sometime in the spring going west on the 118 Simi Valley Freeway (San Fernando Valley). I fell in love with it, a silverstone S2K! Guess what? I traded in my 2000 Acura 3.2 TL for the same car months later.

 

Well I have to blame S2KRAY........on Thaksgiving '99 my wife and I stopped over to see him and his family like we always do on the hoidays and there it was in his garage a silver beauty
Later that night he took me out for a drive and vtec'd for me and turned over the keys to let me take her out for a spin.
Fast forward 3 days..................
I call Ray to tell him that in my garage is a spanking new black S2000....he freaks and we laugh the rest is history

Silver/Black behind a velvet rope up on a slowly spinning pedestal with the driver's door open so you could gawk at the interior from afar...

If you can beleave this, The first time I saw an S2000 in real life was when I picked up my Silver Black. Wheeled into the parking lot and there she was. With my dad in the passenger seat giving me a ride, the first words out of my mouth were Holy Sheet!, my dads reaction was "ya..." Your right I will never forget it. As for the fisrt drive. I was like a freaking grandmother in that thing. I didn't want amyone to get to close to me and I drove like 25mph. Once I realized I wasn't exactly driving a bar of gold, Whooowee did I have fun
