Default When is the VTEC transition point in the S2000?

Sorry, newbie question out of curiosity.

Is it like the Integra Type-R where the first VTEC kicks in around 4000, then the second one at 6000?

Is it very noticable?

thanks

From the factory it's set to change over at 6000 RPM's. Can be adjusted with various aftermarket devices like the Apexi V-AFC.
