I've made a turn or two at a light and as I straightened out, I hit the gas a little - maybe half way to the floor - the back kinda slid out from under me a little - I regained control and backed off the throttle - is this what you are talking about? Can you give a better description of 'snap oversteer' for me?

Just checked my car and found spacers on the front passenger side. This might explain some things...

put my car on a lift and thoroughly went over all 4 corners, no spring spacers at all.

Ok - still pissed but much calmer. What kind of damage could this have done. Tires, Rear end, shocks, springs?

I plan on calling up the service manager at dealership in the morning. You pay 30,000 for a car you expect at least basic care!
