Just seems that any variation in throttle inputs, or any even minor road imperfections will unsettle the rear end, moreso than any other car Ive driven.
I agree. My AP2 always had this issue from day one.

I have had some squirelly moments in the wet when I first got my car(was my first rwd) which was good because it slowed me down. Haven't had that problem in the wet lately even though I am going faster than before. Might be because I now understand rwd dynamics better. Am heading over to my first HPDE and my aim is not to spin out and not be the slowest driver on the track.

Is the euro spec alignment recommended for AP2's? Why do the brits get a different alignment?

Agreed about the S2K being a bit squirelly in heavy rain with dips/grooves on the freeway... Running OEM S02's with stock suspension and alignment. Rear end seems like it wants to step out if I'm not smooth with my throttle/brake/steering inputs.

None of my previous RX7's and my 325e were this twitchy in heavy rain.

ESO

The S2000 is not twitchy, it's the driver. The S2000 is agile, nimble and responsive.

At the risk of repeating good comments already made:

Honda UK alignment specs plus Dunlop sportmax in stock sizes (very similar width offset to the OEM S02's) exorcised the tendancy to oversteer from my AP1.
