Windshield seal is coming undone, any way to glue?

Lucky for you, your dealer is STUPID! They gave you brand new windshield to fix something that would have taken a tube of silicone sealant to fix.

As for the topic at hand, that rubber strip is NOT a seal. It's purely cosmetic to fill in the gap between the glass and the frame. Mine's been popping in and out for nearly 6 years. A different spot pops out and then it pops itself back in later and another spot does it. I can sometimes massage it back if I felt like wasting time on it. Using silicone is also a somewhat drastic "fix" in the event you have to change a windshield one day. I may be annoying to some, but it's not a big deal.
