Default wiper blade question

just curious which side the blades go on? when i swapped them out i found the 16" blade on the driver's side and the 20" on the passenger side. any other vehicle i've seen the longer blade is typically on the driver's side NOT the passenger side. did the dealership put them on backwards or is this how it's suppose to be on an S?

thanks!

I hope you found that the short blade is supposed to go on the driver's side.

My 2001 came with a 16" driver's side blade and a 19" blade on the passenger's side.

When I picked up my car I noticed the dealership had my wipers on backwards too. It stumped me so I double checked....I've heard other people say it too.....I guess not everyone cares about details.

Short on driver side, long on passenger side.

I just had to swap mine back, after the windshield replacement guy put them in backwards. I am surprised to find that the Service Manual doesn't say one way or the other!
