All the questions you have asked, can be found via Search or a simple Google search.
If your intentions are to "street race" with the s2000, get a different car. The S2000 is a handling beast, and is designed for the track.

Kid, you're 17. You have absolutely no idea how to handle a car like this anywhere near the limit. You won't last 10k miles in this car unless you drive like a grandmother. Which you won't since apparently you just watched The Fast and the Furious for the first time.
