Might as well buy a convertible glass window top from ebay for like $600 used.

That's weird that your plastic cracked, but I've seen miatas with plastic windows cracked but it was due to long exposure to the sun.

Duct Tape. J/k I would take Amer's advice and buy one with glass. If you don't want it used buy a Robbins top new for a good price. They come in both glass or plastic windows. Or even a hardtop if you have the cash.

That plastic rear window is horrible... There is a way to replace the plastic window part but it's a biyatch. You're far better off just getting a Robbins glass top.

Its a common thing in the MY00 and MY01 cars. Its not something that "shouldn't happen" besides that 600 bucks isn't a big piece of change if you own this car anyway.

Sorry to hear about that. From what I heard, these windows will last a long time when it's taken care of.

The oem plastic window is pretty cheap. Cost me under 150 if I remember.

However the labor is enournous to change it. More labor than changing out a complete glass top/frame assy.
