I think something also got lost in the translation, so I'd like to take you back to my earlier post:

And add .............. If you have modified FD gears and don't have a speed compensator, you will also need to be paced by another vehicle or GPS. This is because your instruments will read exactly what they would if the car was stock and you will never know if it's correct.

Is yours varying from 3700 to 4000 RPMs in 6th @ 70mph?
Should read a certain RPM @ a certain MPH...
This has nothing to do with the original poster but for AP2 owners 4000 rpm is right at 75 MPH.

i checked today viper. by using the cruise control, i was at 3300RPM at 65mph, 4000RPM at 75mph. again, the car is completely stock nothing had done to it.

OK, you have just confirmed that you have no speed compensator installed. Now you must determine if the previous owner put in aftermarket final drive gears. Go out and get paced by another car, even one with a non-calibrated speedometer. Have the other driver go exactly 30mph and give you a signal, then 60. If you are even close to those speeds on your own speedometer, chances are your car is indeed completely stock and everything is normal.
