What's up s2ki, have a strange problem I can't pin point on my 07 S

Recently my drl light came on so I figured one of the high beam bulbs went out, checked them out and they are both fine and light up when high beams are on.

The previous owne wire tapped those ebay drls into the stock harness so I pulled those wires and wrapped everything back up, high beams still get power and function but drl's fail to turn on when the ebrake is dis-engaged.

Faulty drl relay?
I have no idea or any idea on where it is located

Any input is appreciated!!
