Default 4.77's

i have the kia cryotreated 4.77's installed on my05 there not richmond but i followed the richmond recomended cycle of drive 10 miles wait.. drive again.. wait. so can i get on it now? or should i wait a week change out the diff oil and then "test drive it"

also: i saw this on ricks2k.com

Note: Use only Honda specs for all bolts. Only use this document for R&P contact pattern info only. Backlash should be set to .008. OEM Settings should not be used and will damage the gears. Improper installation will void the warranty.

^ is that just for richmond gear sets only? i had a place called transmission specialist install my gears. im assuming they used factory specs for everything. There isn't any noise, grinding, or bearing noise just quiet as can be.
